Lift Axle, Pusher Axle and Tag Axle

Lift Axle can be installed in trucks and tractors, and the axle is raised or lowered. The axle is lowered to increase the weight capacity or to distribute the weight of the cargo over more wheels to transport heavier goods. When not needed, the axle is lifted off the ground to reduce wear on the tires. Lift axles are used for strictly load-bearing purposes of trucks and tractors. Lift Pusher Axle is a lift axle located immediately in front of a drive axle and Lift Tag Axle is a lift axle situated behind a drive axle.
