Because conventional
piston type compressor contains much oil in condensate and has
much foreign substances including rust, it's not easy to use auto drain valve
for this type of
air compressors.
Now, thanks to the special condensate discharging device, GAON Auto Drain
Valve becomes an

discharging solutions
even
for condensate which has much oil or foreign substances.
Features 1. Condensate Discharging
Structure Generally in case
of floating ball type drain
valve, its nozzle opens as much as amount of condensate, it can be blocked
regardless of the size of nozzle hole. However, the nozzle of GAON Auto Drain
Valve is not
opened as much as amount of condensate, but makes complete open temporarily at a
certain point by gathering some amounts of condensate. Therefore, every foreign substance is rapidly discharged to complete opening nozzle space by
pressure without blocking.

2. The Structure with Excellent
Durability Mostly, rubber
O-ring or packing is used for the nozzle of drain valve. Condensate contains much foreign substances
such as chips and oil, which stimulate O-ring or packing with high pressure, and
therefore, the life of valve tend to be shorten because of abrasion and destruction.
But, the nozzle of GAON Auto Drain Valve is made up of only high
strrong stainless and ceramic so it shows very excellent durability with
little abrasion.
3. Self-Decompression Function After
condensate in tank is discharged, air pressure is filled into drain valve,
and in this situation, newly generated condensate cannot flow into drain valve
because of air pressure which is filled into drain valve. In order to solve
this problem, the pressures of valve and tank becomes equivalent by laying pipes
from valve to tank. Then, because the pressures of drain valve and tank become
equivalent and condensate in tank flows into drain valve only by gravity, it can be
blocked easily even by small foreign substance. And drain valve should be located on
the lower level than that of tank bottom floor, and therefore, condensate will be discharged.
However, GAON Auto Drain Valve decompresses by itself, because condensate which is
generated in tank moves into drain valve by the difference of pressure, there is
no blocking possibility and it can discharge condensate effectively though it is
installed at any level
4. The Structure Overcoming Oil Barrier Condensate contains some
amount of
oil, if this oil is collected inside drain valve, small floating ball
cannot float in low specific gravity of oil, and therefore, there can be a possibility which nozzle will
not be opened. GAON
Auto Drain Valve uses large enough
floating ball and acts enough strength to open and close nozzle, and therefore,
there is no barrier because of oil.
5. Easy Installation and
No Operation Power
supply required Float method doesn't
need to supply operating power such as electricity separately and can be installed simply. After
installing one-touch way of nipple to drain ball valve which is attached to
compressor tank or air tank, connecting it with this drain valve using hose and
fixing it with discharging hose, and then installation is completed.
6. Heating for Antifreezing Where it might need
antifreezing according to the installing environment, you should make a heating for
antifreezing. This heater operates only below 5°C, and therefore,
it needs low electricity consumtion and is safe.
