KC530
is a repeater to
embody the multi-master
of RS485 communication
network. KC530 can
connect and control
maximum 3 units
of master at the
same time.
Uses
of KC530
RS485
communication network
consists of a master
and several units
of slave. However,
in order to organize
various systems,
the needs of monitoring
and controlling
the same slave unit
from many places
keep on increasing.
In many cases the
system is made exclusively
according to its
own communication
protocol. The problem
is that these systems
require much initial
development cost
because in many
cases the system
is not the common
product which can
be used for general
purpose. So KC530
is an effective
auxiliary multi-master
system which uses
the general properties
of RS485 communication
protocol. KC530
is designed to operate
in almost every
protocol, not only
for any special
protocol.
Isolation
Repeater Function
Added in KC530
- KC530 function to
receive
weak data, and generate
the perfect signals
and transmit
them by using
micro computer
inside.
- Protection
circuit is applied
to supplement stability
of data
communication
and
protection against
external surge.
It is designed so
that complete
communication
stoppage will not
be occurred by external
watchdog
in
any cases, such
as the case that MCU
breaks down
because
of the surge.
Setting
Switch on the Back
-
Setting mode comes
if power is supplied
while
1 is ON and
the rest are OFF
on the back
-
KC530 can be connected
into the setting
program
through
communication port.
(possible for any
type
of
communication port)
-
Operation mode can
be selected according
to
the setting
values on the back.
-
New settings actualizes
only when power
is supplied
again
after setting changes
